Hi Pavan,
I come across your blog & “Bangalore Austronomical Society” website and it seems to be interesting.
Also I come across nice links & information about Stars. Thanks for the http://edu.kde.org/kstars link.
I don’t know anyone or don’t have any friends in this niche area (astrnomical society) and during that I come across your blog + BAS site. I’ve some doubts w.r.t Stars and please do clarify if you have some time or if possible for you:
* In the sky, as u might be knowing countless stars exists. Is it possible to identify or see a particular star through some devices like Telescope, etc and then mark it for your reference somewhere. On a later date or after sometime is it possible to identify the same star marked ealier out of countless stars. Is it technicall possible ??
Hoping to get a response from you or some pointers to get my doubts clarified.
Regards,
Kishor

saw your post in Drupal groups:
I have converted all the data in html tables (clubs) in to a Mysql database.
Added a field called categories. what I need is a way to down load the whole DB into a page that contains a drop down box with all the categories.
Upon selecting a category the the clubs for that categories would be displayed.
Using j query, Ajax or what every your think is the best solution.
I have a lot of other project is your interested.
Best regards
Ron

Hi Pavan. I presume you are Akarsh’s friend. Nice to see your blog. I just had one observation; notoriously absent from your web development technology list are Zope and Plone. I’d really request you to try out Plone sometime, though it would involve re-learning some things…
Anyway, great work and enjoy yourself!
